I know it isn't the best one out there, but I still like it a lot. 8]
If I were better at graphics, I'd have a much better Outlaw Star one. xD

It's not bad. I'd normally say that I love simplicity, but I think you went a little overboard with that here wink The scroll bars really don't match the color theme. I don't know if you can change their color to something that fits a little better or not. But if you can't, I'd say you might be better off just scraping them.
I'm a little biased because I really hate the color yellow, lol.

Looks pretty good to me, only advice I'd throw your way is to try to change the width of your header if you could. It's a little clipped which kills the flow of your dotted border.
Good job though! biggrin I love Outlaw Star.
