"Come on, Ellie! You are so pokey!" Valens called over his shoulder, racing headlong forward as he always did, jumping over the occasional bench, rock, and various other things that got into his way up to and including one cat that he startled quite a bit when he went jumping over it. His hooves were loud on the pavement as he ran along, follow a winding but mostly circular path that went around the park. It was a nice, long path, went up over hills, around a lot of interesting scenery, under bridges, and over waterways, and since it was a circle he never got lost while running it! The same couldn't really be say for many places that he and Ellie went. Without her it was likely he would never find his way home. It was one of many, many reasons that he loved the sweet dragoness.

"We are almost there! Come on!" He called out again, knowing that he was pushing her a bit, especially given that she was carrying extra weight today in the form of saddle bags full of rocks, but it was all a part of her training! She was supposed to work on her strength training so that one day she would be able to carry him while flying. It was her dream to do so, not to mention he was quite eager to fly himself, so he was going to help her out by being her motivation and her coach!

Behind him was his Silver who was doing her best to keep up, a somewhat disgruntled look on her face as though racing along wasn't exactly how she wanted to spend the afternoon. She did want to do this, did want to get stronger, but... they didn't have to do this every day did they? Why they couldn't, for once, do something fun and peaceful like... like... sitting somewhere to read! Why could her boy never read a book? He didn't even have to read, she'd just be happy with sitting. It was always running, jumping, climbing trees, falling out of trees, picking things up, picking people up, there was that time he'd even picked a dragon up! Giving a sighing sound she pushed herself to move a little faster, wanting to catch up to him so that she could speak with him without having to yell, seeing yelling as something that a lady did do and despite running around every day she still saw herself as a lady!

"Valens..." She gasped out when she finally caught up, "Can we... take a breather? And... and get a drink...? I am a bit winded and thirsty..." She said, looking at him with a hopeful look her her silver eyes. The horse boy gave a nod of his head, looking around for a moment then motioned for her to follow and, much to her unending delight, they were soon coming to a stop next to the large, decorative fountain and instantly she was gulping down the water in it while Valens sat down on the edge, stretching out.

After a moment he gave a chuckle, "You dragons are lucky... I wish I didn't sweat." He said, looking himself over before he shrugged out of the shirt he wore laying it out on the edge of the fountain next to him before he proceeded to splash himself with the fountain water. He was half tempted to jump in but refrained, not wanting to ruin the taste of the water for his dragon. Once he was soaked with water instead of sweat he shook off and the relax, "Come on, we can waste to much time, we want to get stronger after all!" A statement that was met with Ellie giving him a look that said he didn't need to get any stronger else the boy was going to be the one carrying her around instead of the way it should be...

Valens's ears gave a twitch as he heard his name, looking up from what he'd been doing, having been tapping his hooves against the cement to knock free the dirt that had been sticking to them. He gave a smile when he saw who it was, Zyanya. She was a girl he'd run into on many occasions, a rather attractive girl with a strong personality. He was about to respond to her greeting when she grabbed hold of his shirt and tugged him down to her level and gave him a kiss... Unexpected for sure but not the worst thing that she could have done he thought to himself.

Instantly his mind was at war with itself, it was saying that he really shouldn't be doing this, that he was dating Damaris, right? He hadn't seen her for some time though another voice in his head said, were they still dating if she was to busy to get a hold of him? He didn't have an answer to that but his teenage hormones did. His hands let go of the shirt that the girl had hold of so that he could catch hold of her arms, returning the kiss for a moment... then pulled back quickly when he realized what it was he was doing, "Ahh... umm... ahh..." He blinked and went quiet for a moment, realizing that all of what he'd attempted to say right there had been far from being words. He took a deep breath then tried again, "Ahh... hello, it's nice to see you again too." He said when his brain would finally allow for the use of something so simple as words.

Ellie starred for a moment at the pair, giving a bit of a squeak as the mantis girl was suddenly assaulting her boy, giving a huffing sound, "See here, young lady you should really..." She turned as Hinder came over to sit with her, giving a swish of her tail, "Huh? Oh, hello Hinder." She greeted him in Draconic, not wanting to seem rude when he greeted her so kindly even if she were a little grumpy over the fact that her boy had been attacked by Hinder's partner.

"Well I have one girl that does... did..." He seemed to grow for a moment thoughtful before giving a shake of his head. No reason to think to hard on that right now when he really had no idea what was going on between him and Damaris these days. He didn't want to seem in a rush to see her though since he knew that she was probably swamped with school work among other things. He would probably seem rude if he called all the time or seem bothersome, women didn't like men that were constantly underfoot or so his dad had told him on a few occasions. He half wondered if being told not to be underfoot was code for him to get lost though more then anything... asking for advice from LaVey was always nothing but difficult and he couldn't ask his mom about such embarrassing things as girls.

At the mention of being shirtless he gave a laugh, "Naw, though if that would work maybe I should try it more often." He was all for attracting more girls, even if he were technically taken he couldn't help but to admire any girl that came by, especially those who were exceptionally 'bouncy' since that was his favorite sort of girl by far. Z didn't fall into that category but her attitude more then made up for it. She was interesting, amusing, and aggressive, all things that weren't so bad, a shame though since he was pretty sure she was already taken, wasn't she? Then again he could be wrong since she was going around kissing him... girls were so confusing... there were days it seemed that it would be far easier just to hang out with his guy friends instead of attempting to figure out what went on in the heads of females. Even Ellie was confusing in that manner since the Silver had a crush on one of his teachers.

"So... umm... how have you been?" He asked, realizing that he had fallen quiet for a moment there and didn't want to let the conversation die after that sudden kiss since it would have been a bit awkward if he had.

Ellie gave a little sigh, wondering what Hinder meant about his girl being confused and upset, "I see... well... I suppose that I can let this sort of behavior slide this time around." Really the Silver could be a bit of a prude, couldn't she? All she could think about was that, to her knowledge, Valens was dating Damaris so he shouldn't go around allowing just anyone to kiss him... especially this sort of girl which seemed to be a bit... what was the word, wild? Giving a shake of her head she turned her attention to her chromatic friend, "How are you doing yourself, Hinder?" If the girl was upset it made her wonder how the Green was doing since they were partners and at times partners' emotions were swayed by one other.
