Extra: Her hair is wavy and long, almost reaching the ground. It's almost all one length and pushed straight back away from her face. It's usually completely hidden by her habit.
Her face is round with a sweet, angelic quality to it. Her eyes are always half-lidded and set in a spaced-out stare. She's one of those people who never closes their mouths fully. Her only facial expressions are "pleasant" and "disappointed". Even then, they don't look too different from each other.
She only wears white robes, reminiscent of those worn by Catholic nuns, and a long, Jashinist rosary that reaches down to her waist. She literally wears nothing else. Despite her mellow nature, she uses her height, posture and flowing movements to give an impressive aura. It's unknown whether or not she does this consciously. She always appears to be floating.

Extra: Katori cannot be described without the use of the word "mellow" and all its synonyms. At first glance, she is the picture perfect housewife--always organized, always prepared and seemingly incapable of complaining.
She is also ruthless to her enemies, which in turn consists of everyone not a part of the Church of Jashin. Jashin does not bless His followers, but curses those who oppose Him. With this mindset in place, Katori will adamantly refuse to help the weak or injured, but swiftly and thoroughly bring the strong to their knees... politely, of course.

Kekkei Genkai: Katori's saliva has curative properties. It's surprisingly effective for someone who has no interest in the healing arts, but on the other hand, it's not like she can work up abnormal amounts of spit, so she has to stick to using it on small wounds anyway.
Using this ability results in horrible scars far worse than what would have formed had the wounds healed naturally.

Life's Story:
Katori Senkou is not a ninja. She never was, never aspires to be one and generally doesn't associate with shinobi outside of those who happen upon her chapel.
She was at one point a young mother; rather paranoid and over-protective of her family as inexperienced mothers are wont to be. Her husband was a merchant--unimpressive in his trade--but good enough that she and her family could live comfortably.
...Until he died horribly at the hands of bandits, of course.
Katori's fear of the outside became uncontrollable. She felt she finally realized the world for the hellish, rotten husk it was and became horrified that she ever at any point thought it was worth living in. It was as unsafe for her and her children as it was for her husband.
It was in her time of greatest fear and disgust towards the world that Katori found Jashin. She discovered that only He could purge the world of its impurities and of the heathens that threatened the welfare of her son, her daughter and what little light remained in the world... and that through Him, she could become strong enough to help.
Katori took up a vow of poverty and now lives in a modest chapel placed on the side of a rarely-used road on the border of River Country and the Land of Fire. Despite her severe training regimen, she hasn't left the grounds in years.
At some point between then and now, her children died. All Katori will say on the matter, with her soft smile and ephemeral voice, is that "They're in a better place, now."
