Step through the door and enter Kat's room. All four walls are painted a dark gray and a tattered red curtain covers the only window positioned in the farthest wall from the door. The floor of this room is hard wood and coated with a fine layer of dust. Two wooden chairs face each other in the center of the room with a small table between them. Neither of these chairs have cushions. A light switch is beside the main door and when used, turns on the only over-head light for this room; though the light tends to flicker when on.

Two twin-sized beds lay parallel to each other on either side of the window. These beds contain only a mattress and a pillow; both of which have nothing covering them. A third twin-sized bed lay positioned in a corner to the right of the door. A mattress and pillow on it as well. A fairly good sized trunk is available at the end of each bed for your belongings to be placed inside and there is a shelf over the head of each bed as well.

There is a crooked door hanging on the left wall. This leads to the bathroom. In the bathroom is a cracked toilet, broken sink with an equally shattered mirror above it, and a shower that only emits cold water. The floor is tiled though some of them are missing.

On the right hand wall of the main room, is a slanted door frame. Walk though it and you find yourself in a large study. Floor-to-ceiling book shelves line all four walls. Each shelf is stocked with books and the books are covered with dust. Some books are falling apart at the binding, others merely missing pages, and most of these books are so faded that it's nearly impossible to read them. A large desk is positioned in the direct center of the room with a single chair behind it. Papers lay strew over the desktop; some littering the floors as well. A lamp on the desk provides a dim light for reading while in the study.

If you're still interested in this room, please by all means make yourself at home. Read a few books, sit in the darkness, do as you like. Kat won't mind at all.
