Now now, no actual guns unless it's just posing, this is a contest where you make art of yourself, be it a self portrait, a photograph of yourself in normal attire, or you dressing up irl to cosplay your avatar.
THE CONTEST: Capture yourself in a photograph or portrait
THE JUDGES: Marihoginy, Clown_Countess, Anolis18, and a secret Judge
THE SUBDIVISIONS:
Subdivision 1: Self Portrait, Judged by Tessy
Subdivision 2: Photograph in Formal or Casual Attire, Judged by Anolis18
Subdivision 3: Photograph of a Real Life Cosplay of your own Gaia Avatar, judged by Mari
THE PRIZES: There will be one grand prize winner receiving 25k, and three 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes of 15, 10 and 5k for each subdivision, as well as two special prizes.
LIMITATIONS: Only three submissions per subdivision per person, so a max of nine entries per entrant.

Subdivision 1, Self Portrait, is a drawing of yourself, either as a gaian, or your real life self, or something abstract. It can be done through any medium other than photography and must follow the ToS. This subdivision is judged by Clown Countess. File types are not specified.
Subdivision 2, Formal or Casual Attire, is a photograph of yourself in your own wardrobe that you wear on a regular basis, or for special occasions. I, Anolis, will be judging this subdivision. The mediums must be that of photography.
Subdivision 3, Real Life Cosplay, is a photograph of yourself dressing up as your Gaia avatar, be it past or present, and will be judged by Marihogany. Again, the mediums are that of photography.

The contest may be closed after Winter Break, so I'm planning a deadline of January 8th, 2012. This way you can have all of the longest break of the year short of summer to do your cosplays, art, and photograph. Please though, try to keep photo editing to a minimum, I prefer unedited photos.
Again, the deadline is Jan 8th 2012 unless it is moved up.

Contest is now closed. Deadline has passed and there were announcements on this contest. Due to a lack of entrees the contest shall not have any prizes or awards.
