Body is blue, with a navy 'husky' back that also covers half of his tail. He has bright blue legs and tail tip.
He has markings that looks like the lines on a microchip. These markings are around his eyes, on his back (from the back of his head to a little bit beyond the base of the tail), and on his legs. The colors are a gradient from bright green to bright blue to magenta. Except for the ones on his legs. The markings on his front legs are navy blue while the ones on his back legs are magenta.
His collar is navy blue with a bright green sound wave pattern on it. Bead and chopsticks are also bright green.
His inner ear is bright green and his ear tufts are dark navy. His wings are also dark navy.
He has some scars on him, mainly around his head but there are also some on his body.
References: Bah I suck at drawing markings but there's the general gist of the colors.
Edits: He has a visor that's bright blue/blue/magenta and an electronic doodad in his ear. He also has dark navy hair that's medium length and a bit all over the place, including some bangs over his eyes.
Additional Info: Could I have an uncert of him without his scars? If not it's understandable.
