Josh Mathews: I’m here with Two-Time Tri-Rumble Winner and one half of the new WWE:E Tag Team Champions, the Innovator, Mike Landry.

Mike: Thank you Josh.

Josh: So, Mr. Landry, you’ve had an eventful night last Sunday at Heatwave. You won your second Tri-Rumble, and in the same night you defeated Draze and Harli to become the new Tag Team Champion, which gives you the opportunity to do a few other things you’ve already accomplished, and that is go on to the Triple Cage match and win the WWE:E Championship for a record Third time, and also to carry that title as the same time you are the WWE:E Tag Team Champion. What’s going through your mind right now?

Mike: Well when you say it like that it sounds a little tedious doesn’t it? Sounds like something I wouldn’t want to watch, because last time I won the Triple Cage match…I had help from Kelly King. Last time I was WWE:E Tag Team Champion, it was with Matt Stone. And the last time I lost these WWE:E Tag Team titles, it was to Yuke and Harli in a controversial match.
But now? Now everything is different. See this time around, my Tag Team Championship partner is Yuke…who is married to the one man I detest most in this world, Chrono Clepsydra, who is inexplicably also now married to my ex-lover and the mother of my son, Athena, who has won her own Tri-Rumble match and made it in to the Triple Cage match where her, Chrono, and myself all plan on winning the WWE:E Undisputed Championship.

Josh: Not to take away from this highly controversial and obviously conflicting emotional story that’s unfolded for you in recent weeks, but you also have business with the current WWE:E Champion Brantley Summers don’t you?

Mike: No, you’re right Josh. Brantley Summers picked a fight with me in EWA, which started with a harmless punch to the crotch, but escalated into him blaming me for everything negative that’s every happened to him. So he tried to beat me at what I did best, and that’s submissions. He failed, and then for some reason me and Kyle Dracious get sent out in a handicap match against Summers here in WWE:E, and I didn’t really feel up to beating down a guy simply for being the Number One Contender…but then he ran away…and that got me fired up. I mean, I’ve been the WWE:E Undisputed Champion TWICE, and sure, during that time I made it hard for certain individuals to get title matches, but every time I did get into a match, I didn’t run away. I stood there, and I fought them like a man. I took my beatings like a man. I admitted defeat like a man. If you don’t believe me, ask Disciple. So when Summers tries to get some Jabroni to fight his battles for him when he wants to be the Champion? Well, call me old fashioned, but a REAL Champion owes it to his audience to fight whenever he’s challenged, and he didn’t do that. So in my book? Summers doesn’t deserve to be the Champion.

Josh: So when it comes to the Triple Cage match in two months, you seem to have two targets. Summers and Chrono. Do you see yourself going after anyone in particular?

Mike: When it comes to the Triple Cage match, I know one thing…and one thing only…That one thing is that you do not get the luxury of avoiding confrontation. You have to fight for every foot of progress you gain. So no, I can’t target anyone really, because I know both of them are going to come to me eventually. And when they do? I’m going to break their legs, take that title, and walk out of the Triple Cage Match a Three Time WWE:E Undisputed Champion.

Josh: I don’t mean to steal your thunder, but you only mentioned Chrono and Summers…what about Phoenixfire? She is in the match too…

Mike: (long pause) Athena is the mother of my only child. She is married to one of the biggest and most personal rivals of my career…of my life in Chrono Clepsydra. She is going to try and stop my from taking the WWE:E title, because there is nothing he wants more than to be the WWF and WWE Champion at the same time. So let me make this perfectly clear: I will not lay a hand offensively on Athena. Offensively. I will not harm her, I will not strike her, I will not put her in a submission. I will not bring harm to the mother of my infant son. However, I will not allow anything on God’s Green Earth to stop me from grabbing that title and walking out that door in two months. Josh. Look in to my eyes. Tell my I’m lying. Tell me I’m exaggerating.

Josh: (stuttering) I…I…uh…

Mike: Exactly. (Landry removes his microphone and picks up his title belt, exiting the scene leaving Josh speechless.)
