Has anyone tried Zumba? Chris bought it for me for my birthday for the Wii, I did a 20min session of it yesterday for the first time and I ache all over! Such a full body work out but so knackering emo Do you guys in America have Zumba?

We have Zumba here. It's a REALLY big thing where I am. My college had Zumba classes in the fitness center, and most gyms around here have one too. I was going to do one back in the Spring but I was told not to since I'm pregnant and never really worked out a lot. I haven't done it before, but most people say that it's awesome.

I love it! I like dancing and you can feel it working your whole body. I bet it's amazing as a class. When I move, I want to go to classes with my friend :3

Sam and I have an xbox and after I have Amelia I would love to get a Kinect for it and get some of those workout video games. I use to have a wii but I only had multi-played games and no one wanted to play with me. =(
You should definitely do a class though, if you can. I bet it's way more fun to do with your friends.

louM11 Awww. I'm lucky cos me and my brothers bought my dad a Wii for his 60th birthday and he never uses it, so Mum and I do xD I think my mom would have used the Wii with me, but I was living with Sam and our friend Josh in an apartment at the time and they had no interest in it so I traded it in. It's always nice when you get someone a present that you get to use all of the time. 3nodding

You should do it! I do it when I get home from work, I get changed and then do it before I get a chance to sit down and get comfy xD
