Elsbeth Norris  Elsbeth dropped her head forward, her hair forming a curtain around her face as she let out a weary sigh. "Yes I suppose you are right.... WHat should we do first, do you think?" ELsbeth continued staring at the ground, weighing the two options. If they did the Gene-X first... They would be able to learn the techniques in training.... Though, there was bound to be some side effects, right?

Ki: 350 Sev found her room fairly quickly and went inside. From the look of things, she had two roommates, but she didn't really care, it was no different from the racks in the army. Hell, in basic, the racks had consisted of large rooms, some with enough bunks to hold 60 people. Two was no big deal. There was another guy there too, over by the window, but there wre only three beds and one wasn't taken, he was probably visiting or something. She nodded and waved to the three, and was unpacking her things, putting away clothes and putting her toiletries in the bathroom when there was a knock at the door. When she opened it, there was no one there, but there was a small box, labeled with her name and Gene-X. Well s**t that was fast, she thought to herself, picking up the box and closing the door. She sighed and finished unpacking, then opened the box. After all, this was what she was here for. She swallowed hard, she wasn't fond of needles, and injected herself. It took a couple minutes, and then the dizziness hit. She was floored, and was fortunate to be standing next to her bed. Good god, nothing could have prepared her for this, not even the torture training she'd had. Next it was the pain, and strange voices in her head, and she passed out, her last thought being, And they said the campus was a battleground...

xZeev for the most part had been staring out the window nearly the entire time that he'd been in Elsbeth's and the other boy's room, scanning the horizon for where ever those things had flown off to. He was also vaguely paying attention to the conversation that had going on between Elsbeth and the boy, until he heard the door open. He was baffled to see a girl walk into the room like she belonged there, start unpacking her things, then answer the room's door, she came back to the center of the room carrying a familiar package. She pulled out a similar needle to the one he'd used what seemed like ages ago to him, inject the stuff inside her then crash into a bed that had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. He moved over to the strange girl's bed and tried to guess why she was brought to the island. "You'll be like 'er for awhile once you take it. It'll do weird things to you." He said as he bent down to pick up the empty syringe. x

Nathan glanced over at the woman who walked into the room and immediately made herself at home. He then watched as she opened the door, picked up a box, and injected herself with the Gene-X. Well. Glad to know that our new roomate is so assertive. He then heard another knock at the door, and went to open it. What he saw on the floor wasn't one box, but two. He picked both of them, and handed one of them to Elsebeth. "Looks like ours are here." He looked at his own nervously as he opened it up, revealing that it really was a Gene-X filled syringe. He took the syringe out of the box and tossed it to the side. He looked over at Elsebeth one last time, put the needle into his arm, and pushed down the plunger on the shot.

Elsbeth Norris Elsbeth smiled at Zeev, "You should go and check on your room mates," Elsbeth said, taking the last syringe and placing it against her arm. "I will be fine, I am sure." She said with a smile, sitting down on the edge of her bed. "I will come find you after all this is over, ok?" She said with a smile before sliding the needle into her arm, pressing down on the plunger. "Thank you for your help Zeev," She muttered before collapsing on the bed.((Character now in suspended animation pending a decision on continuing to RP in this guild.))

Ki: 350After three days of dizziness, hallucinations, and not being able to keep anything down, Sev woke up with a splitting headache, but the rest of her symptoms were gone, and she could think straight. She groaned and sat up on her bed, holding her head in one hand and rubbing her eyes with the other. She hadn't managed to change from the clothes she had been in when she arrived, and was well overdue for a shower and change. After a few false starts, she managed to get to her feet and stumble over to the shower, stopping to grab clean clothes on the way. She turned the water on and stripped before stepping in. The hot water woke her up and the headache faded, she stepped out of the shower feeling like a new woman. She smiled and got out of the shower, dressing quickly and putting her hair back in a braid. Her roommates still looked out of it, so she parked it on her bed with a book for the time being, she may as well be there to offer a steady hand if they needed it.

At first Nathan didn't feel anything after he had injected himself with the shot, but a few moments later he felt intensely sick. He spent a good couple of minutes just trying to keep his lunch down, gripping onto the bed frame as he did so. After a while his stomach calmed down and he sat up to see that the woman that had come into the room recently was now up. "So what's your story?" He asked her.
