Instead, they did nothing, leaving the injured male and his traveling female companion to fend for themselves. They had managed, if not barely, but the hatred for the lions AND hyenas forever lived in their mind. Even though Muundi had made that fateful killing blow on the younger male lion, there was no sastifaction. He wanted to kill an adult lion. Now that he and Mtulinga were older, they would be more capable of doing do.
“I’m sure I don’t have to ask if you are ready, right?” He smirked at Mtulinga, flashing her a glance before focusing back on the battles beforehand. “Remember,””no dying.””Exactly.” Like Muundi really needed to say what he was thinking to her. Both of them knew each other like the back of a book.
