Thy Fallen City is a city were creatures and humans come to protect all who live on Earth. Were is it you ask? Its here on Earth, but in another damention; between the heavens and the Earths ground.
It realy is simple but the only way in or out of the city is to go through The Gateway or if a Camanding/High Ranking Angel, Fallen, Human, etc. telaports there w/ you.
