For example Genex Ally Crusher. Can his effect work on face-down monster's? As well as the rest of the Genex Ally's effects?

Genex Ally Crusher states 1 card your opponent controls. As it doesn't say monster, spell, trap, face-up, face-down and so on it will work on any card your opponent has on their field including face-down monsters.
