Ryth sees that Iolite has the trackng well in hand so he leaves with the Head Librarian to vault. The Librarian shakes his head.
"I don't get it, How did this get out?""It didn't. I took it out." Ryth holds up another copy of the same book.
"That one and this one are fakes. The one I had that I was reading... That's the real one.""What? Why? How could you be so reckless?!?" The Librarian gasps as he looks it over.
"This truely is the real book...""The one the kid had was a trapped dummy. It would have devoered his mind and blasted it to oblivion leaving less than nothing. I needed to distract, replace and disarm before he hurt himself." Ryth shakes his head.
"I do not belive he is a bad kid. I don't belive any of these kids are bad. But they can make bad choices and mistakes that will be very costly to themselves and others."Librarian just shakes his head and snorts.
After the two put the two books away securely Ryth makes an inspection of the defenses.
Ryth finds strange changes that were very minor in detail that had imperceptably weak them.
"This is too good. It's what I would have done. Only a very highly trained operative could have sabotaged the system like this. It's certainly not the work of any of the kids. This almost reminds me of...!" Ryth has a slightly disturbed look on his face.
"This isn't good. Better include this in my report as well." He looks back to see how Ageha is doing.
