I need help finding a new lube.
I was using Durex Play for a while, but it dried out rather quickly and burned if I got a small tear.
Started using coconut oil since it's all natural, it worked pretty good, but you have to scoop it out of the jar to use.. which isn't always easy to do.. and my cats loved how it smelled so they would scratch at the bedroom door as soon as the jar was opened. D: Distracting!~
I was thinking about KY jelly, but I heard that it can dry out rather quickly.
Then I looked into astroglide, doesn't sound horrible, a lot of good reviews and people who use it for vaginal dryness. I'd probably get the glycerin and paraben free one since I'm prone to yeast infections.
Does anyone here use astroglide? Do you find it to be a good lube?

I posted my shortlist in another thread in the guild, but I can't seem to find it.
I personally don't use Astroglide. I've always been a KY person simply because it's one of the most well-known brands and is easy to get a hold of.
According to the lube research I did during my final practicum earlier this year, if you're looking for something without glycerins and/or parabens, your best options might be (based on availability for your area of course):
(water-based)
- Anything by Aloe Cadabra
- Astroglide Glycerin & Paraben Free (as you mentioned)
- Get MAXXX Ultimate Lube
- ForPlay DeLuxe Cream
- Any of the Good Clean Love lubes
- Hathor Aphrodisia
- ID Moments
- KY Sensitive Jelly
- All of the O'My Lubes have no parabens (not sure about glycerins)
(silicone-based)
- Astroglide X Premium
- Body Action Extreme Lubricant
- Elbow Grease Fusion Silicone
- ForPlay Snake Oil
- Gun Oil Silicone and Force Recon lubes
- ID Millenium and Velvet
- Kama Sutra Pleasure Potion
- Moist Silicone Lubricant
(unknown)
- Any of the Body Butter lubes (not sure if silicone-based or not)
- Get MAXX Silkening Lube
- Any of the Encounter lubes
- Pink Unity, Hot Pink, and Frolic (all from Gun Oil I believe?)
- Lifestyles Natural Desires?

lol my cats do the same thing but they meow a lot sweatdrop freakin cats kill the mood, im still looking for that perfect lube ky and astroglide dry out sweatdrop

You can't use coconut oil with condoms anyway, its plant based but corrosive to the latex condoms.
We use KY and have never had a problem with it. We get the warming kind and also have the His+Hers which is pretty awesome.
My midwife used Astroglide during my birth with my daughter. sweatdrop

Don't have to worry about condoms, since I don't use them with my partner.
I hate warming and cooling things, I got the his and hers thinking that it would be amazing.. no no no. XD
The boyfriend loved it, but I didn't.. so it sat under the bed and leaked all over the carpet. sad
I got the astroglide g&p free one.
There was a natural one there.. but it was $3 more so I cheaped out. XD
Haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping it's good. n_n
Going camping in less than a week so it will be used then. wink

I saw 'Durex' and thought condom. lol My baaaad. Haha.
I mean..besides labor..I haven't used Astroglide. Haha.
I like KY's regular lube too. I just like the warm kind too. Haha
