Orbs, they are almost a dreaded word in paranormal investigation.
What is your opinion of orbs?
How do you tell what could be a possible paranormal based orb and what is a bug, etc?
Have you ever caught an orb in a photo or on film?
On a similar note, what do you think of mist in photos?

I don't think mist is significant evidence of a spirit or anything. Maybe if other things are going on too, the mist might b something, but as for just seeing something that happens to look kind of like a figure, I don't think it's a sign of paranormal activity.

For mist I think there is a chance it can be something unexplainable or paranormal but it depends on the circumstances. If you take a picture of mist in a house and no one is smoking or doing anything that could be causing it then it is at least unexplainable, with a possibility of being paranormal. But if you are outside and there is mist then chances are it is some sort of weather condition.
As for orbs, I don't discount every orb on film but most I don't think mean anything. I have several pictures with orbs in them and I think one may be something paranormal, the rest are all just dust or spots on the film.

Ya that's kinda what I was trying to say. It's just I've seen a lot of pictures were the person thinks there's paranormal mist then they tell me they were on the coast early in the morning. So basically in my encounters with 'mist proof', it's always highly unlikely it's paranormal.

I think this can be argued back in forth in different situations, so when someone comes to me, "look man I caught an orb on my camera", I'm like mhm...But considering where & what was involved and if the person is familiar w/ what they are doing and looking at, on the other hand, when I go places I see them live, w/ my own eyes, I know when they are real or not!!! Do I believe that orbs exist and have to do w/ the paranormal??? Absolutely!!!
