This tower used to belong to the necromancer lord Vashra until he got killed by a group of heroes. Anullus has taken up shop and now controls the tower and the mines in the hill below it which are manned by weak undead who constantly expand the tunnels

Anulus emerged inside of his tower out of a puff of smoke. He started to gather up his random books, wands, magic crystals and alchemical potions and supplies

Anulus finished packing all his equipment "I think thats everything i need" Anulus walked into a circle in the middle of the top floor of the tower. "Recall me to the city i was in before" Anulus was surrounded by shadows and when they cleared he was gone returned to the city.
