Lili didn't really feel like waking up that morning. Under her piles of blankets, she felt perfectly warm and content. It was a little later than she would have liked to admit when she moved from out of that perfect heated cocoon. Shedding her pajamas, she shivered a bit. It was colder than it had to right to be in her opinion as she went to the dresser After pulling on her favorite sweater, Auntie had left behind when she left, and quick shimmy into her jeans she opened the shades to her window. The sigh that escaped her curved lips couldn't be helped. Flurries of snow was a bit of worrying to the scout, no matter how beautiful she thought it was. If a cold winter was on the way there were a lot of things to worry about. Did the camp have enough food or supplies? Not that these worries were her responsibility really. Captain Blacklaw had to carry that on his shoulders. She just needed to make sure she was doing a good job with what ever orders he gave. The moment her thoughts turned to responsibility, Lili left the window and reached under her bed for her boots.
Finishing the rest of her morning routine Lili left her hut. A small huff of visible air come her lips when she saw that there were already quite a few people up, moving around for the day, Cruds! Zipping up her coat, the scout started to look for others that may know what she should be up to today. Well of course she knew that her patrol would start soon enough, but lately she had been asking her captain if she should be keeping her eyes peeled for anything else besides the werewolves that lived close by. Lili hadn't been about to meet any travelers the last few times that had cigarettes. Although... Lili wasn't really sure if he had been joking or not when he asked her to see if she could find them for him. But if he was or if he wasn't she would still try her best to see if she could find them for Captain Blacklaw.
Dark eyes scanned the groups of people as she passed. There were smiles some people acknowledged her, with a flashes of smiles, small waves, and even a few good mornings. Others were just hurrying along to where they were going to to really notice her. It wasn't long before she found the captain with one of the guys she considered a friend, Adrian. She smiled a little bit as she started to make her way over towards the pair, only hesitating when she saw the other two men so close. Logan, the medic, was a good guy as far as she could tell. Scott was a nice guy as well. The soldier's reputation was sort of known to her. They both had an easiness about them that seemed to attract others to them, she couldn't help but be a little jealous of. It always felt a little awkward just starting up conversations with others. Maybe it was because most of her childhood was spent alone causing her to miss out on developing those important skills. Or maybe she was just shy naturally. What ever the reason, Lili had been working on being a little more social since joining this settlement.
When approaching Lili couldn't help but wonder if this was some sort of meeting. That thought quickly faded when she noticed that they weren't exactly standing together. A deep breath was taken before she put a smile on her face, "Good morning, Captain Blacklaw, Scott, Logan, Adrian." A nod was given to each of them in turn as she started to pass them to the captain. Maybe her words were a little clipped but they were a good bit taller than her, gorgeous, and three of them were built like trucks. All of which was a little intimidating. Lili should have been used to this by now. She had been working with them for a while now. Adrian had made it easier to approach them all. Still she didn't know what else to say at that point. She had planned on just asking for a task while she went scouting but with everyone around it felt a little strange. She didn't want to seem like a brown noser. You could have just interrupted their conversation dumb dumb... Lili winced inwardly but tried to keep a cool exterior.
