Hoshioni Obscurus Vanilla eXee Obscurus Vanilla eXee Obscurus I remember reading about this a while ago. I doubt that if it's ever solved it will be a groundbreaking revelation. It'll probably just be a motto or quote or something.

I like to think it'll be a clue about what the government knows about extraterrestrial life. I do believe they know more than they let on.Considering all the effort to keep ET life secret I doubt they'd put it on a monument. That's just me though. which is how hidden in plain view works If the goal is to eventually use a coded monument to disclose the ET presence then that hidden-in-plain-view theory doesn't make sense.

WHat do you mean by better info? Like a good picture? If you mean that, I can't find one good enough to help you crack the code. There are quite a few websites and articles on it though.sheesh if i ever travel, ill need a list of places to go
