How can I make members get active in the guild and post more? By the way my guild has it all. It's a Pokemon guild theme. Please help.

Well first off, you can't make anyone get active. But... you can entice them with Rewards. It's a pokemon guild you say? Well then... perhaps an experience or level reward for active members. Etc. Etc.
Similarly, punishments or penalties for inactive members. Say, losing items along their way or such. Maybe even not being able to use certain pokemon for a short amount of time.
It all really comes down to having good, active members, and everyone's schedule. You can have the most active members in the world, but if they're on at different times, nothing will move.
