Basic Statistics

Name: Nymphs
Social levels: Common with 2 royals at a time, but they're rarely seen.
Home Appearance: They live in a grand underwater city (think Atlantis). Each nymph has their own home, which can be anything from a cave to a large shell. Some do live out of the city but it is extremely rare.
Occupation(s): Treasure seekers, Food seekers, Nannies, Guards, Knowledge Seeker, and Item Makers.
Talents/Skill(s): Nymph are not special in any way. They don't have much speed in the water, though they are quite cunning and can make traps. However for occupation each nymph can require certain skills if trained long enough and put forth enough determination such as tracking and hunting for food gathering.
Relationship skills: range from extraordinary to poor. It all depends on the nymphs personality and upbringing. However, they are known to be very curious about other things and will always be up for a good conversation.


Physical Characteristics

Height: Full length of an average adult is 8' from the top of the head to the tail. Some are known to be smaller, but that's extremely rare. (*the only way to get a differently-sized nymph is through auction or rp events.) The minimum height recorded is 6" feet.
Weight: 175-350 lbs
Eye Color: wide spectrum of color.
Hair Color: wide spectrum of color.
Skin color: wide spectrum of color.
Distinguishing features: A nymph's tail is pretty simple and resembles a mermaid's tail.
How do males and females dress? Males usually don't wear anything to hide their body. However, females almost always wear tops - ranging from the average bikini top to a simple cloth around their breasts.
Mannerisms: Depends on the nymph and how they are raised though there are no evil Nymphs unless they have a reason (examples: Vampire, zombie, werewolf themed nymphs. They must be originally created this way.)

You can however submit a back story to the mule and upon approval your nymph may have a dark personality. (*Warning this is rare. So please make sure the story it good and believable)
Habits: Depend on the nymph and how they are raised.
Health: Nymphs are usually always in good health and in athletic form.
Hobbies: There is a large range of possible hobbies, but it depends on the nymph.
Disabilities: They can't move too fast through quick currents of water.
Style: Their style can range from elegant to lazy. It all depends on the nymph's personality.
Greatest flaw: Nymphs, no matter their class and occupation, all have a weakness for shiny things.
Best quality: Their ability to find treasure in even the darkest and scariest of places.


Intellectual/Mental/Personality Attributes and Attitudes

Educational Background: They are taught by their mothers, fathers, and nannies how to find food, how to keep an eye out for treasure, how to swim, and how to hide from dangerous creature they may encounter.
Intelligence Level: It depends on the nymph itself. (*Each nymph's intelligence level will be figured out through a rolling system that I will step up once I figure out a good system)


Emotional Characteristics


Strengths/Weaknesses: This depends on the character and how he or she is raised.


Spiritual Characteristics

Do they believe in God(s)? No, they do not.
What are their spiritual beliefs? They don't have any.

Rituals/Festivals/Beliefs

Life and Death Life is celebrated and death is mourned .
Marriage and Divorce: Lifemating is their way of marriage. They say a old promise given to them from the old days and, magically, their shells are switched, representing their love for another.

Divorce There is no such thing for nymphs. If two nymphs no longer wish to be together, they simply die because their promise was broken.
Affairs: Flings before lifemating are encouraged. However, afterwards it is not possible. Lifemating is sacred. If a lifemated nymph has an affair, the bond between the nymph and his or her lifemate is broken. They both become very weak and die.
Orphans: Are always taken care of by the entire city they are placed in a home with a couple or a single parent that cares for him or her as if he or she were their own. Since life is celebrated, each child is welcomed with open arms. Any Nymph would be more then happy to help a child that has lost their parents.
