Hello, Villains! We have gathered here today because we are the baddest of the bad, the evil, downright nasty not-nice citizens of this fair land, Gaia. Or rather, this unsuspecting land, Gaia.
You goal as a VOG member is to have all kinds of fun that "good" people wouldn't have because they have "morals" to limit them. Well, to heck with morals! The only guidelines you need are your own desires and perhaps a code of honor to stand by. Whatever floats your boat; I mean, you're a villain after all, you make your own personal rules! (But please follow the rules as defined by the front page.) Just remember that you ARE part of an organization, and no matter how bad you are, the organization's demands must be met before your own. After all, if(when, to you optimists) VOG beats out their enemies, then they're free to roman and start villain rivaliries wherever they wish, and not just have some petty enemies within the organization.
You're also here because you have a certain despising demeanor toward heroes. After all, it's because of THEM that you sometimes have problems getting what you want. Doesn't that make you angry?

Listen up. My name is Fluffy the Evil Villain, but you can call me Fluffy. Last time I checked, I was a man, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm too mentally out-of-whack to assess things such as sexuality. Never in all my 23 years did I ever think I'd get caught up in something like this. But I always kinda knew it was bound to happen, which is why I made the decision long ago to be come a villain.

Fluffy is the president of the Villains of Gaia. He grew up a black sheep, a taciturn boy in a family of socialites. He was once very wealthy, but blew his stacks of Gold on clothing and his appearance.
He's been evil since he was young, starting from little pranks like sewing people's arm sleeves shut and turning furniture upside-down, to misdemeanors like getting his best and only friend lost in the woods on purpose at the age of 6, to nearly murdering his PhysEd teacher by burying him alive when he was in tenth grade, to escaping from his padded cell by murdering the asylum guards while whistling a cheerful tune at the age of 18.
He since cast off his former reputation, morals, and name and restarted his life in Barton Town when he was 21, unable to be tracked by his former life. He now fancies himself a "good person with slightly negative values".

While he does hate children(because they're so selfish, gossipy, and self-absorbed), Fluffy recently adopted Scuppers the orphan, calling him his "pet orphan" and treating him like a son. He keeps Scuppers in his living quarters on the sixth level of the VOG headquarters.
Even though he is a real villain, he enjoys peace, happiness, love and contentment to the point that he is sociopathic about it; He enjoys seeing and causing the destruction of people who try to cause strife and disorder within Gaia. It's kind of hypocritical, really. Maybe even a bit ironic.
He also hates the entire VOG organization; too many self-righteous people with too many self-righteous desires. He far prefers the company of do-gooders and the pure-hearted, the selfless and the giving,
In fact, Fluffy really could get along with anyone. He enjoys all sorts of people, but not everyone enjoys him.

Never in all my 21 years did I ever think I'd get caught up in something like this. But I always kinda knew it was bound to happen, which is why I made the decision long ago to become a villain.

Parents were an alien concept to Jitters, who was placed into the care of an orphanage when barely a day old. His earliest memories involved being always on the losing end when a fracas was initiated by other kids at the orphanage over toys, and the then young boy was taught lots of lessons in pain to never engage in a direct contest with others. Abuse continued day after day until the age of 13 when Jitters began to notice soft whispers interrupting his thoughts, consoling him, soothing him, and became convinced that those were the whispers of his very own guardian devil.
Since then Jitters embarked upon a path towards becoming the most evil person that even his guardian devil would be afraid of, setting up pranks under the assistance of those whispers to get back at the society that caused him so much suffering. Not once did anyone manage to prove that Jitters was responsible for the pranks, and he always made sure to be a safe distance away from victims to avoid being implicated by a raging victim. However, Jitters never did graduate from those tiny pranks to become capable of any great evil. There are no hard and fast rules that Jitters abides by, those preyed upon could only blame it on luck as Jitters can be quite random when choosing the victims to his pranks.

A sandwich short of a picnic, there are times when Jitters converses with an invisible person thought to be his guardian devil. Nothing delights him as much as seeing a successful prank and the irritated looks of his victims. However Jitters is also a rather timid and shy person who almost never initiates interactions with others, easily intimidated and set into panic mode. His heart burns with jealous fury whenever seeing others in a better situation than him, but that blaze is often extinguished soon after by the pessimist side of Jitters which pours down a torrent of morose thoughts like a pail of freezing water.
