If you've been on Flankbook, You've seen the "PSG". Which is the "Pony Support Group." I've come to the conclusion that this will be a place where I, or any member willing, will lend their ear for you to shoot a problem, and, unprofessionally, try to give you our loving and caring advice.
Please, if it's a problem with a gaian member, keep it in a PM to them/the mod; or a guild member, PM me. Do not post that here.
