Personality: With her lack of proper vision it's not unusual at all for her to quickly depend on others, becoming quickly attached to anyone willing to stay around and help her. Where most people might question someone, Momona is likely to trust them without question till she gets hurt. In her mind she can't understand why someone would hurt her after all since she's already fairly helpless. Sometimes it becomes a bit too clingy resulting in others getting annoyed at her, and in the one case resulting in her relationship with Ando.
Appearance: Her hair is dark, somewhere between blue and black. She wears it fairy long mostly to hide scars on the side of her face from the eye surgery she had as a child. Her eyes were a violet color but have since grown pale and light due to damage prior to her wish (even after they maintain the same appearance though she gains her sight again) Over all other then the scares just past her eyes on the side of her head she's a fairly bland looking girl. Not being able to see for almost ten years of her life has left her with little desire to really 'dress up'. Standing at 5'1 she's fairly short and just starting to fill out as a young lady, her height hasn't helped much with the being different from others.

OUTLINE: Born, Yay! Parents love her!
Age 4: Begins to loose eye sight, complains of head hurting. Parents learn she has a disease working at her eyes and brain. Surgery saves her, but isn't able to help with her eyes. Left mostly blind, able to make out vague blurs and shadows a few feet in front of her with no detail.
Age 10: Meets Ando Faust, first thing near a 'boyfriend' she's had. He helps her deal with middle school life being blind and mostly alone.
Age 13: Slowly starts to become depressed as highschool soon starts, Ando keeps her spirits up, and they become closer as friends
Late Age 14: Is given the option to possibly see again by Kyubey in exchange for fighting witches. Ultimately wishes for the ability to see the world again as she used too, to see her best friend and love interest and all the beauty of the world proper.
14 and On: Magical girl powers, family treats her like some medical mircale that must be protected and studied, Ando looses interest in her, realizes the world is pretty damn judgemental once your able to see it with your own eyes proper.

When summoning them she would most likely run her hand past her eyes as if wiping away 'tears' that follow her hand trailing out into full sized chains and daggers. Larger spells involve an eye like symbol opening below her and around Witches summoning more chains for proper binding.
