One of the things I think they need to do, is make units less reactionary, and more just units that can do things. The quote about colossus -> corrupter sums up what I'm talking about. There are decent amount of units that only have the purpose to counter other units, so there is no reason to bring them out unless you need to counter something.

They've started moving this along a bit, and I like how they said they are looking into this. Messing with the archon a while back was a step in the right direction. Archons were mostly just recycle from templars at launch, and if you saw them in an army, you assumed two ht had spent their energy. Now you can see archons in an army just as a good unit here and there, depending on who and what you're fighting.

Protoss seems mostly good about the "I see x so I have to get y", but zerg feels like they have to adapt, and can hardly set the pace, because if they make the wrong thing, it can be a massive wipe.
