None of the above! lol Sorry I'm not a huge sports fan. My hubby enjoys playing Fantasy Football with his coworkers so he watches all the football games.
My kids aren't really into team sports at the moment. My son is into Tae Kwon Do and my daughter studies rhythmic gymnastics.

Rhythmic gymnastics is slightly different than regular gymnastics. They both have the tumbling. But while regular gymnastics has the parallel bars and the balance beam, rhythmic does routines with ribbons, jump ropes, balls, and other tools. It's kind of a weird cross between gymnastics, ballet, and juggling! lol

I play badmitton regularly, but not like with a team or league or anything. My BF and I own a set and we walk over to the park and use the vollyball net to play a little. It's fun, and a pretty good work out when we get serious. smile

Oh it's still very challenging! She definitely gets a work out. As far as being hurt... yes I suppose there's less chance of falling off equipment. But for strained muscles and stuff like that it's probably on par - same as most sports. The coach is careful with the younger kids especially. @Kuju - I used to love playing badminton. When I was growing up we had a net in our backyard. I also loved playing ping pong.. but it's been a long time since I had a chance to play either of those.

sorullo6 tell me about it, i have dislocated my right foot doing a stupid karate stunt, i have injured my left ankle playing soccer, i have bruised my left elbow. wow so many bad things lol Ouch! All annoying but they thankfully don't sound too serious. What's really funny is that of all the stuff I've done; dance, hiking, mountain biking, etc.. I end up spraining my ankle just stepping wrong off my back porch. Sometimes injuries can happen from the dumbest things. (this happened last year - I'm fully recovered now)
