The prophecy begins in the dreams of the Medicine Cats Apprentices at Moonpool. each apprentice all sit above the old territory of the four clans, in the forest, with the past leaders of all clans when Thunderstar, Riverstar, Shadowstar, Windstar and Skystar spoke up.
"In the beginning, we were all single cats, fighting day by day to survive, now we are five clans, with a fight to begin to save all our lives. All of us have made a great journy from our old home in the Forest, to our new home in the Lake."
Upon those words, they move towards the clans new home, looking over the lake to all the territories.
"Back then, we all had to become one clan to survive the journy just like the six cats who help us find our new home and once again, we have to become one to defend our teritory from the new enemy, the wolves. Four kits will be born in the lake, each with a special power. They will be kin of ours and kin of every other cat that lives in the lake. They will show you all how to become one, and use what knowledge you all have."
With that, everything seemed to fade and the appretices wake before their mentors asking each other if they had the same dream, which of course, they all did.
