The Imperial City is the capital of Cyrodiil and the whole of the Empire. It is located on City Isle, an island in Lake Rumare, at the center of the Imperial province, and is circular in shape. In the middle of the circle that is the city is the Palace with its White Gold Tower, surrounding which are six districts.
