I don't know exactly what I should put in the deck. It's going to be at a maximum of 40 cards. I need it to be able to work fast (draw power etc.) in order to get the lock down asap. I need some thoughts on it... I need you guys to post your suggestions for what I should put in it and how many of each card. Remember, I'm not going over 40 cards, and this list is just cards I've thought about putting in it. Feel free to experiment. However, Destiny Hero - Plasma, Dark Simorgh, and Anti-Spell Fragrance HAVE to stay in it. I just don't know how many of each should be in it.
Note::
I'm going by September's F/L/SL lists.
Monsters::

2-3 dark simorgh
2 fragrance
3 tengu for speedier windy dump
heavy storm and max MST for Set rape and simorgh drop
it all depends on your set up really following are ideas
could use dark grepher for dumping or what have you
mystic tomato for grave fodder
rose fairy is a wind and when searched and added to hand instantly special summons itself.
sangan for grave fodder and search
will do more when i can think on it, this is all off the top of my head
