im not gonna beat around the bush. thats a pretty terrible team.
umbreon looks like its suppose to be a toxic then staller, but with that moveset it wont work at all. you would toxic. and thats really about it. most pokemon are faster and will knock him out in 2-3 attacks. giving you 1 or 2 of your own. 0-1 after using toxic.
shuckle; encore shouldnt be used unless you are very, very stratigic with it, like catching them stat boosting or something. encore also is better if you are faster, where as shuckle is slow. sandstorm is not worth it. 3-5 turns a minimal damage is not worth the turn used. in battles against other players u tend to only get a few attacks per pokemon. sandstream is better cuz its activates upon sending a pokemon into battle and lasts the whole time. and it not recommended anyway unless most your team is uneffected by it. 2 toxics seem redundant, especially without stallers.
heatran; taunt seems random, as what a said about encore. so does dragon pulse.
amoongus; one offensive attack and its not even STAB. nuff said
slowbro seems to be the only one that could possibly put up a slight fight

Heatran has dragon pulse to beat out Haxours , Amoonguss is for status abuse and i win 9/10 battles with this team so your lack of basic understand is wrong

OC ReMix so your lack of basic understand is wrong You might need to provide further details on EV Spreads, Abilities, ect. since I just don't see anything special here and I am going to have to agree with A B Up Start in saying that this team (from face value) looks quite mediocre in a competitive view. Defensively, it has nothing to resist Electric, Grass, Bug, Rock and Dragon-type attacks and offensively 5/6ths of the team is shut down by Steel-types (which got a significant boost in overall usefulness in Gen 5). The only team synergy I see is the fact that they are all defensive Pokemon and could all benefit from Slowbro's Trick Room.
Umbreon is running Moonlight instead of Wish, so it only heals itself. No attack moves so it's easily shut down by Taunters as well Steel-types.
Standard Toxic Stall Shuckle. Nothing special. No point in running Bug Bite since this thing's Attack is so horrible, it may as well be shut down by Taunt. Without using Power Split, your really best off just using Final Gambit, and hoping for about at least 100-180 points of damage if you do it early enough (and assuming Shuckle hasn't already been wailed upon like an unwanted orphan child.
Heatran is pretty standard. I prefer Fire Blast over Magma Storm strictly over the superior accuracy and the fact that I'm not stuck in the same move for 4-5 turns. Such things only set yourself up for failure. But to each his own I suppose. Otherwise, it's a decent setup.
Rotom, I was never a fan of giving my opponent Scarfs. Specs and Bands, sure.. since if done right, there is a chance that they get nothing beneficial out of it and just get stuck in single attack modes. Even with the one Trick Roomer on your team, giving your opponent the speed advantage is a bad idea. Just going to leave it at that.
Amoonguss.. where to begin why this is such a terrible choice. While it can be a gem of a Pokemon in the UU arena, out in the overall metagame this thing is easily walled by Poison and Steel-types (especially after Spore is already used) and Sleep Clause is already activated. Synthesis is just plain unreliable and on this team is a terrible choice compared to Giga Drain strictly because your Shuckle is running Sandstorm.
Slowbro - This is most certainly the best Pokemon on your team, minus the fact that it really is being hindered by having to carry Trick Room for support. Calm Mind would benefit this Pokemon by leaps and bounds, and is honestly such a better choice seeing how the rest of the team isnt going to make good use of the 4 rounds of Trick Room anyways seeing as they're primarily stallers and not setup for sweeping of any kind with the exception of maybe Heatran and Slowbro himself.
