This is the PSICOM HQ, Team Rocket is not allowed here, if they do enter, they'll be facing alot of PSICOM members, plus their Steel type pokemon and their leader Cendrillon, since they are the Law Enforcement of this region, and it has rumors that the members of Team Galatic has joined PSICOM. Their second in command is Jill Nabat.
