Just like Incarceron Town, it was also made when Hollow was born. It sleeps under Incaceron Town, and someone stays deep within it bowels.

Hollow walked further into the prison, reaching the end where there was one last cell. He walked towards it and saw that there was someone sitting in it, their clothe torn and ragged, and their back turned. "White hair, and middle age looking green clothes." he whispered to himself, walking up to the cell and putting his hands on two of the bars. "Hey, Kaname, is that you?" he asked loud enough for the person to hear.

"Yeah, yeah... I see it." Kirara said, not paying attention. She was surprised when it turned into a small human girl. "Oh... are you a human and dragon hybrid?' she asked.

Kaname heard a voice and ran to the cell bars, his eyes wild. "Who are you, and what are you doing here?" he growled, shaking the bars.
