}i{ Hi everyone! I've been gone for awhile, cos it got a lot insane for me, but I'm back, and trying to catch up on threads I was reading before. But I'm also coming across new ones, and new terms I don't understand.

SPG? UPG? Can anyone explain these to me, before I come up with my own (and most likely wildly incorrect) guesses?

Not sure about SPG but I'm guessing it's stuff that's been verified since UPG is Unverified Personal Gnosis where it's experience you've had that you can't really prove. Like talking to the gods or something that happened during astral projection.

Atleast that's what I've come to believe.

SPG is "shared personal gnosis", which is UPG that quite a few people experience independently.

}i{ Ok, so UPG is Unverified, and SPG is shared...and a gnosis is an experience that's happened to you, or others.

So, the experience I've had in dealing with energy between me and those I'm connected to would be a UPG? Cause it was unique to me, or....?
