I've decided recently that my tummy's pretty cute.
I didn't think it was before.
But my tummy is slowly going away.
I can't wait to get rid of it.

I am confused by the combination of your first and last scentence. o_0

Well, my tummy is cute.
But I don't really want it there.
It's great that it's cute and all.
And it makes it easier to bear.
But I want it gone.
