If you'd like to supply notes, be our guest, but the words are what's important!
As one guy said:
"When it comes to Celtic songs, there's basically three types: There's the love ballads, the drinking songs, and then the songs that people wrote when they were done with the drinking songs."
So there are your categories! No plagiarism!
You're also welcome to make a video performing your piece or a well-known Irish jig. 3nodding

Poetry and lyrics are accepted.
Lovely ballads or laughable lyrics are encouraged
It should rhyme, have rhythm and have Irish vocabulary (Colleen, Clover, etc)

Crew Me I'm Irish! G'day! March 17th's a splendid day for wearin' green don'tcha think? Let's crew up, filling all six spots with as much green as possible! If ye'd like to add touches of orange, be my guest, but don't forget yer luck!

After a great deal of confusion, last minute schedule changing, utter chaos, and overall rowdiness, the 4 P.M. crew didn't work out. Come 9 P.M. though, the party really heated up and we all had a great time! What were we thinking, trying to get drunk at 4?
pirate Lego~ *plays music* Wow! That last irish crewing was fun! Everyone got pictures too! biggrin      we went to the bar and got drunk...   Guac~Pictures galore from a crew worth remembering! On the Rocks, enjoying the never-ending flow of liquid refreshment. I don't THINK anyone got pushed in... *cough*  Potato Farming, with a lil' bit of cow tipping. Nothing says Ireland like potatoes.  Guac-Nicolae, what are you looking at? I'm Nicolae! twisted  Nicolae the Pirate, but then again, at the prices he charges, we already knew that.  Nicolae I Am, in an unusual act of generosity?  Irish Love, LGT style. We spammed emotes.  Irish Rainbow!  Irish Rainbow, take 2!  Unleashing the Inner Beasts.  Visiting the Local Tavern, to sample some uh... sparkling water. Yeah, that's it.  When the uh... 'sparkling water' flows, things get a bit rowdy.  Our very own RafiCat finally staggered in from the next pub over to join us in our last waking moments. Shortly thereafter, we all blacked out.  Talk about a hangover! We all felt dazed and confused. The fact that we awoke on the shores of Gold Beach didn't help either...  Nah, we were actually just having a drunken party on the beach! We figured that the bottle caps would cause endless nightmares for players trying to use their metal detectors to find those metal plates. twisted

Green _____________ White_____________Orange We all chose a color (and changed our minds a few times) and finally met up in Towns, 5, 001083. After some quick positioning work, we arranged ourselves and took a great many pictures... too bad we had the flag in reverse order! We quickly pretended that it had never happened as we lined back up in the correct order, but with far too many screen-shots that show otherwise. To our credit, we had a great turnout, and the final product was worth the hassle. biggrin Lego~Too bad I didnt take any decent ones. *grumble* Heres the one we messed up on:  and the fountain one:  As you can see, its not the irish flag. in fact, it is reversed. Find me Pot o' Gold! ~FOUND!~ As you all know, Saint Patrick's day is the day when all the Leprechauns come out of hiding to air out their treasure and maybe snag some more. Unfortunately for them, their greed for gold attracts rainbows that lead hordes of adventurers right to the treasure.
After thousands of years of equally greedy treasure hunters scouring the world for rainbows on this day and snagging leprechaun gold, the crafty little things have devised an alternate plan! Knowing that Gaians will be searching on Saint Patrick's Day and the weekend after, the leprechaun union has made the decision to come out of hiding the week AFTER!
Your devoted crew here at LGT happened to... "acquire" this information. Being as generous as we are, we decided to provide all of you with a chance to get your hands on this gold as well! On Friday, March 25th, we will be hosting a contest with a grand prize of 20,000 gold coins for a single individual who can crack the riddles protecting the location of the gold. First one there wins the pot! ~The first clue in the hunt for the Pot of Gold!~

Now where could the next checkpoint be?

By Guacamole8 Those who followed the clues correctly wound up in zOMG, at Bass'ken Lake, where our wondrous leader RafiCat had been waiting for several hours.  The few who managed to locate Rafi and not be blinded by beauty (or drove insane by how frustrating they found our riddles) received the next clue. She's oh so unusual! Not ordinary at all! She's the cats-meow! And you can find her now No animated are near... If the air shark's not here! In a popular location Near one with an artists vocation. By RafiCatWhen correctly deciphered, this lead to the top dog herself, Different...Very., who had been harassing a local artist for some time. He eventually caved and painted her a breathtaking image of herself.  When found, she gave the following clue: Congratulations, you found me! Now, reach the next goal as quick as can be! My name starts with the same letter as Sally, And it's a Race to the Finish, so do not dally! Speed as much as you feel that you may, And beat all the competition along the Way! By Guacamole8Though most people had difficulty with this, the correct location way neither zOMG nor Towns, but Rally! There, in the Speedway, Symya waited for the treasure hunters in her personal room. The few who made it this far were tasked with one additional feat... they were given a link to a thread, and had to solve one last puzzle.  Congrats to those who did! In order, the people who finished were: Turtle, Cnoisy, Lego, Donuts (With Donuts finishing after the event xd ) Different...Very. I Married a Lego >.> I thought it was this week...? We thought it was going to be this week, too! Turns out they pulled the wool over our eyes! But we've figured out those leprechauns' wiles. It's next week. wink Guacamole8 Fear not though, for we did eventually find the information we were seeking! As Diff explained, the gold hiding ritual was merely delayed by a week by order of the Leprechaun leader. While we were able to decipher the orders and find the location of some gold, there remain many mysteries of the leprechauns that we have yet to explore. Maybe next year! You guys should all be thankful too! We went to a lot of effort to get our hands on this information... We set traps of all kinds: Obvious traps! Suspicious traps! Dangerous traps! And tons more! When we finally did nab one of the greedy suckers, he lied his way out of it! Liam owns the Jock Strap and Becky runs Gold Mountain! That swindler!
