In my honest opinion, I'd say dissemble. there's only one member of it and he doesn't post here anymore.
To go along with the plotline, it could go like this:
An unknown illness has befell the great Akatsuki leader. He had a valiant struggle against the disease, but did not survive. The akatsuki members secretly fought each other for the position of the leader. Those who did not wish to fight fled to hide in the cold darkness. After many bloody fights, there were no more Akatsuki to challenge each other for the throne. The remaining ex Akatsuki members now become Rogue and must choose to stay rogue or choose a side.

I second the idea of RandomMelonGuy. the akatsuki has seemed to lost interest. I say for now it disband and maybe sometime soon it can return when the guild functions on its own.
