There's way too much stuff in here, and it looks more like you can't decide between armed dragons and the red eyes set. As well as that there are too many high level monsters and tuners that can't combine properly with them.
I'd suggest you build around the levels of the synchro monsters you want to use most, cut down on a LOT of these monsters in here, and just have multiple copies of a few good resonators (NOT ALL), with some dragons you can get behind.
For resonators I'd actually for a demon ("fiend") build, but for dragons something where resonators are your tuning source would be best, to make use of the cards bridging them to red demon's dragon and red nova dragon.
I'd use 2 MSTs (until the new list takes effect for 3), and drop avarice. I think for this deck it might be best to dump as many tuners as you can for a big nova dragon to attack with. I'd think windstorm, burst breath, and scarecrow are also not useful for this.

I said a FEW resonators. Not all, not 1, A FEW. 2.) Proper grammar goes a long way in trying to make an argument, as opposed to single sentence paragraphs. 3.) MSTs are VERY useful, and even with with your deck being better, there are still situations where you might not be able to activate scarlet security (however few). 4.) For a generic dragon deck, combining a few dragon types might be alright, but for a resonator deck it really isn't. Seeing as how you have a range of the different levels for armed dragons, and a lot of your current recipe can be considered useless filler, it isn't unreasonable to at least CONSIDER that what I'm saying is true.

Seeing as how you have a range of the different levels for armed dragons, and a lot of your current recipe can be considered useless filler, it isn't unreasonable to at least CONSIDER that what I'm saying is true. 1.) Even if i use only a few resonators it would still mean cutting back and and all the resonator cards are good especially with the cards i have chosen for my deck. 2.) My bad i tend to run on sentences. English isn't my strong suit. 3.) Yes MSTs are useful but take up more space than say chain whirlwind which i can chain with armed dragon lvl 5 and lvl 7's effects and that way you can take out 3 cards instead of just 1. 4.) I never said this was a generic dragon deck i said it was resonators and dragons. another reason the armed dragons is to destroy the monsters that cant be destroyed by battle for instance Cloudians, spirit reaper, and Marshmallon those are rather pesky and another reason i have the highish lvl monsters is due to the fact that if i base it at synchro-ing it would be a pain because most of the time the best defense is a solid offense hence the red-eyes monsters and the armed dragons. PS.) Great argument i love doing this kind of stuff and this deck is still missing a few cards i will re-post it when i get the upgraded deck but i would like to know what kind of deck you run because this deck can go toe to toe with my friends synchro/exceed deck and still out synchro it almost every time. Also please do me a favor check out the post i did a few hours to this deck the Naturia one please and give me your insight. its my girlfriends deck and i know its not full Naturia but its got some real killers with it.
