In the beginning of the 21st century world super powers began secretly stockpiling weapons of mass destruction- chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear weapons. Tension continued to build as world leaders were at each other’s throats. Finally on December 21st 2025 Global war broke out as the combined forces of China, Russia, and several communist nations in Europe and Asia (The combined force known as the Warsaw Hammer) launched a massive invasion of their neighboring countries with a massive force of 1 billion soldiers using advanced technology only the USA was thought to possess. The remaining NATO forces engaged the Warsaw Hammer’s forces in armed conflict. Three years into the war Iran began invaded other Middle Eastern Nations and formed a massive force of Islamic Extremists Called Allah’s Damascus; Hell-Bent on killing or converting every nation on earth.

Five years after this the three superpowers were growing impatient locked in a stale mate. They began using new technology to create super soldiers with bionic and cybernetic experiments. These experiments were not limited to humans and eventually transferred to the Domestic horse (Equus ferus caballus). Even with all the advancements the three forces still found themselves locked in combat with no sight in end.

Becoming impatient, Allah’s Damascus began using viral weapons around 2250 which quickly developed into full scale nuclear and biologic warfare. After only a fortnight the world was reduced to rubble. 6.7 billion lives were lost and the world’s population was reduced to 100 million. Governments collapsed and all global telecommunication networks were lost.

Springing up from the ashes the people remained salvaged what technology they could and began rebuilding towns. In the wastelands that use to be known as the state of Arizona in the US the biggest town in the area- New Jericho has been flourishing.
