Naruto seems to be the more powerful of the two, but Sasuke is more focused when it comes to fighting. In the end, I think Naruto would win though, just because he has more of a potential than Sasuke... He just needs to get out of he egotistical mindset.

The most skilled would be Sasuke, but the most chakra would be Naruto.
It's not like Naruto has control of the fox spirit in him and Sasuke could really kick a**! ninja
