Regeneration - Be it a paper cut or an intestine pulled out of him, Decius regenerates back to full health, though not without consequence. His regeneration process causes his body to be like stone, keeping him paralyzed until he's well again, and the time it takes to complete this depends on how bad the wound it (a severed arm could take up to two weeks whereas a gash could take a day).

Bio: After testing an experiment on himself out of desperation, the young scientist found himself racked with pain. His hair turned light blue, his eyes albino red, and a smile stretched from ear-to-ear, unable to go away. With a new look and a lost sanity, Decius was born.
He's insane, anyone that looks at him can tell you that. His eyes are always wide with an unnerving shine in them, and if that doesn't bother you then the smile that never leaves him will. He literally can't not smile. No one has ever seen him frown, even when he's angry. At best he'd just give a thin smile.
To add to his insanity, he often loves experimenting on people. He'll rip the wings off of an angel and attach it to a fairy to see what would happen, he'll reanimate the dead and give them cybernetic minds, he'll do whatever his imagination and curiosity tells him to do. What about the people? Well, what about them? He doesn't care about them, they're just patients to him! In fact, there's a very interesting patient around this school he's been looking for...
