Adrian spent quite a bit of time and effort into the remodeling of his entire room design without comprising the structure of the hospital. It's redesign is actually special in that, from the outside, unless you know what you looking for or are right next to it, you wouldn't notice the design change at all from the outside.
Adrian's bedroom and the second bedroom have much the same design change's, but both have special shutters/blinds that can be made with little effort to look like the rest of the rooms walls, thereby closing off the outside view if the occupant chooses. Needless to say, Adrian's are almost never closed. There is also a small window that can be opened near the ceiling of the living room. If you walk in to his room, it's possible you will find something small and/or furry in there, if he's in there, it's very likely some kind of critter is too.
