Probably Roller Coaster Tycoon or the 2nd one. Whichever one had the Corkscrew expansion. x3 Goodness I remembered how happy I was when my dad got me the 2nd one. XD I too would drown the guest or isolate all the sick ones so that they'd throw up on a small patch on sidewalk instead of everywhere for guests to complain about.

zoo tycoon, with expansion packs with the dinosaurs and the sea creatures, loved letting the dinos loose on the park goers twisted

I remember playing Tycoon Roller Coaster way back when on the PS1. It was thoroughly enjoyable, but I didn't really understand the mechanics all that well, haha.
