 The Konoha Hospital serves the medical needs of ninja and other villagers in Konohagakure. Though the staff is skilled enough to treat most basic ailments, advanced medical ninja must step in to assist with severe injuries. Shinobi would come after taking serious damage from training or after a mission. Once you are taken here you will be healed or bandaged up, and you will be told the status of your health.

She arrives in not much better condition than she was when she left her home. She made sure her parasol was fastened and left it in the umbrella storage area. She was promptly signed up and seated to wait for the doctor.
She thought to herself "Do I still have a fever? I'm sweating but it doesn't feel so bad.. maybe" another patient then arrived. He was wearing the uniform of those who guard konohas front gate, but his upper armour was off. He couldn't stop scratching around the stitches where his left arm had been partially severed. He was perhaps here for a checkup.
Not wanting to be spoken to kozue stopped looking, and tried to empty her mind of all the scenarios she could think of that led to such an unsightly condition. "This is the fate of one who merely defends others. But then I guess that means to go further is a more swift death. Or could it be even slower?" she thought to herself. The man grunted as the nurse arrived and asked "who's next?" He was beginning to breathe heavily and scratch at his wound more furiously. For a moment she considered that letting him go first could save his and many other lives seeing as he was a guard. She looked to him seeing that he wasnt paying attention. There was dried blood in his ear, the kind of sight you see after someone survives an explosion of some sort.
"What happens if I don't try to help him? Can I accept it if this kind of person dies because of my selfishness? Its not like they'll really let him die hear anyways" she thought.
She stood and told the nurse she was next with a blank expression. The nurse looked to the man and was about to speak when kozue purposely interrupted her in a rather serious tone "I'm next in line mam" she couldn't see the condition of the man behind her, but she understood from the sounds of his restlessness what terrible shape he was in. But she continued staring the nurse in the eye refusing to acknowledge that his situation was more urgent than her own.
The nurse reluctantly showed her to the back. Upon arriving at the checkup room a loud gargled cough was heard in the hallways nearby the waiting room. The man had reached a new stage of symptoms due to the presence of poison in his system. The nurse left kozue standing in front of the room and the doctors rushed by in a panic to help the man survive anyway they could. It was in this moment that kozue felt herself drawn to the concept of human nature.
Without retrieving her parasol, she would simply slip out through an alternate exit amidst the ruckus no longer concious of the severity of her condition Thinking it was passing when in fact she was just becoming accustomed to her own sickness. The few witnesses that saw her leave, a patient and a police force member, were in no position to stop her at the time. She returned to the streets of konoha drowning herself in questions about her view of the world.
