The darkness was growing lighter as the moon finally came into view. She had been hiding behind the mountains in the north and riding low behind the trees before Akasha finally saw the bright orb. It was well past midnight, her thirst had been quenched for now. Her tail flicked back an dforth lightly, a soft, almost inaudible song came fromt he small movement. Any move she made that creepy, eerie, but intriguing music encompassed her like a breeze and drifted off to anybody that was near enough to hear it.
Letting out a soft, quick sigh, Akasha settled herself down. She sat erect, her paws bradcing her as if she were posing like a statue, her eyes staring up into the night. She was a alone now, she felt it now more than ever as the moon was sinking into the horizon to bring day blazing in its path. Ever since Bahir had disappeared, for good this time-- she feared, she had felt alone. That nagging pit inside her chest was growing deeper. Sure she saw her sons once in a blue moon but recently it had been her and the moon. Rarely did she step into the daylight anymore. She had no one to cherish it with, for that's what daybreak was. The sunrise was the glory of her age, she never feared the heat of the sun unlike some others.
Rising in agitation, Akasha began walking. She had to clear her ming of Bahir, of everythig. She needed to focus on herself again. Maybe, if she were lucky, she could make something burst into flames from the inside out. It had been a while since she had done that. With her mind focused more on what she needed to forget than what was going on around her, she proceeded forward. Her eerie music surrounding her, growing louded as she moved faster.
