Akuma grew up in the leaf after the destruction of his village. He has spent most of his time flirting, even though he is still a great shinobi. Upon reaching the rank of Chunnin, he met Shima aburame, along with training partner Sin Kei. He decided to leave with Shima and Hei in an effort to become stronger. He did accomplish this, learning many jutsu and becoming quite strong, only to be turned against and becoming one of Shimas puppets.

Name: Mizu Kamigami Garan (Water Gods Temple)

Effect: Using Suiton chakra Hei creates a false moon 40 feet in the air. It increases Hei water manipulation skill increadibly and allows for him to see the battle field from a third angle.

Effect: If the moon is glanced at the viewer is placed into the darkest depths of the Mist ocean, making them believe they are unable to see or breathe, which may cause the body to shut down and collapse. Due to its strength, this technique only lasts roughly 2 minute (2 posts).

When Hei enters sage mode, his aquatic mobility greatly increases, thus allowing him to make full use of the aquatic battlefield set up by this jutsu. The dome moves with the user.
