~xlB i o g r a p h y ;; llIt was not necessarily a bright and shiny childhood that was bestowed upon Ehyllina. With her birth, and the insufficient protections placed on a mother that had already had one child with complications, Ehyllina's mother died giving birth to her daughter. With the terrible sorrow bestowed upon the burdened heart of a father and husband, losing his wife, Ehyllina's father took his own life, in hopes of regaining companionship with his wife. Thus, leaving an infant Ehyllina to her older brother's teachings. It was not something that was so terrible to the young girl, as she grew learning how to fight, and how to be a lady as well. Groomed precisely for the role she would later play, Ehyllina's brother was careful to help his sister along the way with tricks on sword fighting, and self-defense.
There came a time, however, when Ehyllina's brother let the planning slip in accidental conversation. Hearing what she was to become, Ehyllina withdrew from her brother and his teaching. Upset, and lost with confusion, she began seeking answers that had been so kept from her. With many questions left unanswered, and many subjects left only to be searched, she returned to her brother, accepting his instructions that she was to leave, find and accept her role, and receive the answers to her questions.

That doesn't mean she doesn't pay attention. She is very perceptive. Despite her normally quiet, and withdrawn nature, she can be very loud and boisterous when she warms up to people. Outright, and on first meeting, she is friendly enough, but seems shy. She is quite moody, and often feels much at one time, which is part of her quiet nature. Nestled precariously close to the Bay area where most influences are jazz, and hip hop, San Francisco was her crowning jewel of a city. She always aspired to live in a big city one day, where she could become famous and live in a busy place. Music started before she could even talk. She'd rather have sang, then spoke in polite conversations, however at larger gatherings, she tended to have terrible stage fright. It wasn't until she was growing, that she grew out of her stage fright, and came completely out of her shell. She got a little sister when she was give and a half. her parents split when she was twelve, and dad pretty much escaped the picture. He only returned to cause jabs as she headed for High School. Tormented within herself, Ehyllina used music as her outlet for life. Her pain, her sorrow, her curiosity and happiness, all were poured into music. Her instrumental teacher was the most steady and encouraging male in her life. She looked to him, as if he were a fatherly figure, when she couldn't take all the stress. Her choral teacher pushed her to do bigger and better things, but in the middle of her high school career, that teacher left, to be replaced by one she cared not much for. Her only support, was her instrumental teacher. her choral teacher cared not much for her, because she was seen as a threat in his eyes, while she simply wanted to her best for the school and herself. It equated in four years of county honor choir. Two years in regional choir. And one year, even in State choir. Her hard work landed her an audition for her first choice of school; Julliard. Despite doubts in herself, she was awarded entrance and a fair scholarship.
