This is at the farthest reaches of Alpha Quadrant, and marks the boundary of fully Imperial-controlled space. Massive refueling stations, shipyards, and space-based barracks, equipment depots, and weapons storage are all combined into one massive structure. This is the main base for the Imperial Fleet, and houses, trains, and equips every type of soldier, pilot, and technician for the Imperial Fleet and its support units. It is heavily armed and defense networks are very tight, and security clearance is tighly controlled and monitored.
Since the station is so large, and is the primary Imperial military base, it houses the wives and children of officers and standard troops, and teaches them, eventually putting them through military training as well when they reach the qualification age of seventeen, finishing when they hit twenty. This grueling three years of training makes them the best force in the galaxy aside from certain mercenary groups.

Persephone reached the Imperial Military Base without any real trouble-- Guy had given her a one-time pass onto the base, and miraculously, the guards didn't question it.
She managed to find her way to the hospital wing somehow or other-- she didn't want to ask for directions, so she simply walked the base until she found it. From there, she just had to ask the front desk staff to let her see Saul, and she was in.
They brought her up to the ward where Saul was being kept and instructed her to wait outside-- they would send for her when she would be allowed in. So, she was forced to play the waiting game again... But not for long, thankfully. The medical staff alerted her about twenty minutes later that Saul would see her now, and after letting out a breath she hadn't even realized she was holding, Persephone stepped into the room.
"Hi," she said softly, closing the door behind her. "How are you feeling?"

Saul ||+||Class:Imperial Scout||+||Height: 6 Feet||+||Weight:210 lbs||+||Age:40||+||Hair:None||+||Eyes:Blue ||+|| With everything I loved gone...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Saul looked up for the hospital bed where he had lain for several days, following the transmission of the data for a cure to the Corrupter infection he had contracted. The girl...she had come back...she must have managed to find a cure after all. "I feel like s**t warmed over, thanks for asking. I take it you and Guy must have found a cure? I saw the newscasts about his promotion, and figured you must have had something to do with that too," he said, his voice raspy from disuse. He heaved himself up out of bed, fighting the waves of dizziness and nausea they said would come from being in stasis. He staggered for a moment, then caught himself and re balanced again. "I thank you for your help. I would never have survived otherwise." he looked around for a few moments, then spotted his gear in a sealed closet storage unit. He opened it with his military access codes, and began pulling on his armor. His weapons he would have to retrieve from his ship. "I'm ready to get moving. Did you bring my ship?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ...all I have is revenge.
Persephone listened to him talk, frowning slightly at how raspy his voice sounded, but didn't say anything in return. She was mentally willing herself to get a grip on whatever it was she was feeling, exactly... The nerves, she suspected, were from being on an Imperial Base-- she didn't normally get nervous, but she had never been this blatantly obviously surrounded by the enemy, either... It was everything else that bothered her. She couldn't label it, and because she didn't know what it was, she couldn't figure out the source.
She watched him start to get up and stagger briefly, as though he were off-balance, and stepped forward to help him almost before she even realized she was doing it. He caught himself, however, taking a moment to get his bearings once again before he continued speaking.
"I thank you for your help. I would never have survived otherwise."
She shrugged, fighting down the urge to blush. "It was nothing," she half-mumbled, suddenly very interested in something on the wall next to her.
"I'm ready to get moving," he announced once he had put his armor on. "Did you bring my ship?"
She nodded. "It's outside." She paused slightly. "Umm... You can go first. I got a little lost on my way here."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Saul finished putting his armor back on, and nodded to the girl. "This way. I have a stop to make on the way." He led here through mazes of hallways and corridors, through barracks, mess halls, storage rooms, training rooms, and more. Finally, they reached yet another nondescript looking storage room. Saul approached a bored looking man leaning on a counter, and spoke to him. "I need to replace my personal items. Here is a list," he said, handing over a data slate with everything he usually carried in the various pouches, pockets, belts, and hidden compartments in his armor. Once the quartermaster fed it into a computer, every item was delivered via a conveyor belt built into the counter top, brought up from storage by automated systems. Once he had replaced everything, Saul led her to the next room, similar to the last one, but filled with weapons. "I need to replace my weapons," Saul said. He told the man here what he needed, even though everything was aboard his ship, he figured he should have replacements for his troubles. He also took a few extra things, filling a large cargo bag with the extra weaponry and ammunition. "Alright, back to my ship now," he said. They made there way back through the massive base... Almost two hours later, they reached the ship. Saul opened it up, and went aboard with the girl, and began stowing all of his extra equipment he had gotten here. Finally, he was about to speak to her, when he received a transmission. He stiffened as he listened to the message, then finally spoke to Persephone. "I have to make a side trip to Medios. Take my ship, I'll catch a ride there from here. I'll meet you at Trade Station M-338B," ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ...all I have is revenge.

Persephone frowned, obviously more than a little confused about what could be pulling Saul away so quickly-- he had only just been released from the hospital, after all.
"Are you sure," she asked him. "It would be just as easy for me to sneak out of here on another ship..." He quickly dismissed her idea, however, and she found herself piloting Saul's ship once again, headed for the infamous trade station and wondering what in the world Saul was up to.
