Okay everyone, though he is demoted, this is not a bad thing, nor is it an insult towards him.

In times we here at SROTS all get extremely inactive, I am one of these people who have gone through the same thing some time ago, and sometimes it hits me still. However, Ace has not been demoted to the point he is no longer a Captain, nor out of power, he is only restricted into Crew Capabilities. This has been done because of his activity and reduction in duties as a Vice Captain. However this does not mean he is forever out of reach of the Vice Captain seat again, it just means until he picks up his activity, which he has informed me will happen the best he can, he will no longer be a Vice Captain.

However it is my ability as the Captain to decide whom I put up for the seat of Vice Captain, and who to demote from said seat. So do not throw a fit about my decision, because I know some will bring up the voting for Vice Captain, such a thing was brought down because I thought it would be a good privilege to have for us to vote to whom is a vice captain, and I will continue to do such because I believe it will bring us closer, however it is still my choice in the end if I think a person is worthy, or is in need of a break from the responsibilities. I mainly say this so no one throws a hissy fit about my decision to demote him when it was not brought up to the majority via thread like this is to let you all in on the demotion as it has taken place.


I digress from that. I wish for everyone to be kind and help Ace out when it comes to his activity returning to the guild the best he can, and you can all further help him by increasing your activity as well.
