I haven't built the deck yet, so I don't know what needs to go in it, but I'm wanting to keep it at 40 cards, and I'm wanting to have Sorcerer of Dark Magic, Destiny Hero Plasma, and Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 8 in it, too. Those will be the lock down cards. Thing is, I need to know how I can build it to get all 3 of those out, keep it at 40 cards, and it be able to work fast. Any thoughts on it?
Note::
This would just be a fun deck to use against friends. I wouldn't use it in anything official [most likely] unless it turns out really good.

Your lockdown cards don't need to be monsters. You could do just as well using royal decree to stop traps. or, you could run a reactor lockdown deck. That would also deal a lot of damage to an opponent. And, if you managed to summon all 3, plus a flying fortress skyfire, you could nullify up to 4 actions per turn, and deal 800 dmg per action, throw in a few blaze accelerators, some volcanic slagworms, i think they're called, and you've got yourself a nice burn/lockdown deck there.
