Long story short (PM if you want full);
- Husband is AD Marines and marries civilian wife
- Husband must deploy when wife is pregnant, gives her general POA
- Wife gives birth to their son
- Husband comes home, wife's replaced him
- Husband finds out and they proceed into a divorce
- Husband gets stuck with 8+ thousand dollars of debt she racked up in his name while deployed, must pay alimony to her, and the only great thing..sole custody of their son with reasonable visitation to the mother.
- Husband now has waited on paperwork for 2 months to completely be out of their divorce but wife is dragging her feet.
- Wife has switched his WIC on him forcing to re-do everything multiple times, wife called the electric company and shut the power off before, etc.
- When child is in her care (breathing medical condition included) she lets his machines grow mold instead of cleaning them.
Now he's due to re-up or get out but he can't do anything without this divorce finalized. He also lives payday to payday because this woman does everything in her power to destroy him. He doesn't have the money to fight a ton of things in court, can he stop her from contact unsupervised with their son or at all? Can he freely force her to complete the final piece of their divorce since she's been holding out for 2 months? Can he force the court to let him stop paying alimony? She lives with her folks, goes to college and works 2 jobs (and pockets all the cash that he could use on his son or the debt)...
