-there will be ONE thread set up you can post in to post news you'd like to be published in the next letter out
-besides the ONE thread set up for ooc posting, there should be no other OOC threads in here. they will all be IC threads.
-each thread is a publication
-everytime we post a new publication, we'll send out a guild announcement with a link back here
-all publications will be posted with the official shop mule
-if this feature takes off; we may create a special mule for our reporting NPC as well as contest off an official NPC bunny for it as well. in the event, we do this, that npc bunny WILL have a required posting activity or he will be rehomed to ensure he's always a busy little bee in the bunny community
